Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the skateboard and all original accessories, manuals, and chargers into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated Evolve service hub.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the board's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
